Our vision is to destigmatise Dementia by educating and supporting Communities to become more Dementia Friendly creating environments for everyone to have a sense of belonging. This will Enhance and Enable the lives of those living with Dementia within our Community.

We will start a conversation by engaging the youth and elderly by breaking down generational barriers. This will protect and support our aging population and show others in our Communities that you can live and age well no matter your age.

It is important that the needs and wants of the person using our services is at the centre of all decision making within our organisation. We want the families/carers to feel we are an extension of their home, where we can build a relationship to provide the best support for their loved ones.
